The location was good to walk into the city centre but felt a little unsafe outside walking late night around casino area with family and elderly parents. (Casino and pub nearby) Bedrooms were quite small with pretty much only fitting bed. …

Large apartment, separate bedroom, lounge and kitchen. Has a small balcony but no view and noisy from air cons. Apartment was in very good condition and a good bathroom. The bed was comfortable and good quality towels. Great location in the heart of Brisbane, but expensive parking at $35. Front staff were friendly. It was good but, at $295, I think there are better options.

The establishment did not look like it did in the advertising. Felt let down when we got to our room. Cons: The room felt unclean. The dishwasher also worked poorly, and we needed to hand wash everything. No exhaust fan to turn on in the bathroom. 2 out of the 3 lifts were broken, which led to waiting every time or missing the lift due to being full of people. No towels are available at the pool /spa Pro: Good location We paid for the river view, which had a lovely view

After experiencing 2 bump offs from 2 oaks Hotels we were lucky enough to get in a 2 bedroom apartment at Oaks Casino with a beautiful view overlooking the river & the Ferris wheel, management and reception staff were very friendly and helpful they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. My kids loved the pool, the room was spacious & clean, the beds were so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place, we’ll be staying here again!

Stayed on the 13th floor with nice views over CBD , Treasury & Southbank. Apartment was clean, bed soft but comfortable. There was a smell in the kitchen cupboards especially under the sink. Towels were stained yellow. Only stay 1 night …

This is a pretty good hotel/apartment! It's really clean, tidy and convenient, the pool was great and the staff were very friendly, the room had a nice big balcony with a table and it's in a great spot in the city. They even gave us Tim Tams when we checked out! No complaints!

Rooms ageing but still very adequate. A refresh of the bathroom most definitely required - regrout tiles and remove mould stains. Lovely spacious well equipped holiday kitchen. Bed comfy. Staff at reception are very helpful.

Just had an over night stay with another couple to go to the Lyric Theatre, the location was perfect, right in the CBD, 2 minutes to Queen St Mall, 6 minutes to the theatre, and plenty of restaurants around. The two bedroom apartment was clean and spacious and had a fantastic view over the river.
